It is the Capped By Cleo's policy and responsibility to provide excellent service to the public. Customer feedback helps us measure whether our services are meeting public needs and expectations. It also helps us identify problems that need to be solved. High quality customer service depends on customer feedback. While praise is always welcome, constructive criticism is truly helpful in the long run. The purpose of this policy is to establish uniform standards and procedures for responding to customer feedback, thus making sure those responses are timely and that issues do not “fall through the cracks.” The policy strives to treat every interaction with the public as an opportunity to produce a satisfied customer, or at least one who feels that he or she was listened to and taken seriously, even if it was not possible to meet his or her request.

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; e-mail address; computer and connection information and purchase history. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. SHIPPING POLICY

Capped by Cleo does ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

For customized cap designs:

Shipment method estimated delivery time/ Shipment cost: FedEx Standard 3-5 business days $10.95 FedEx Two Days 2 business days $15.95 FedEx Overnight 1-2 business days $30.95*

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

​Customs, Duties and Taxes: Capped by Cleo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Damages: Capped by Cleo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

REFUND POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. For all products other than custom cap designs, you have ​7 ​calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
